Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

Delourier must oversee the return shipment of all domestic and international returns, which are within the timeframe in our return policy.  You will need to notify a Delourier support representative, who will provide a quote for the cost of a fully insured return.  The prepaid UPS shipping label will be sent to you via email.  Costs associated with your return will be deducted from your refund.

Free return shipping on exchanges only: if you would like to exchange your Delourier item for a different size, finish, or style, the product must be returned in its original condition and with its security tag intact. Please, refer to our return policy for further shipping introductions.

Online returns must be requested within five (5) days of the date your shipment was received and items must be received by Delourier within twelve (12) days of the date your shipment was received.  Items received after twelve (12) days or with the security tag missing or removed cannot be returned and will be returned to the client.

Items that are NOT available for returns include all special orders and garments that have been altered.

Refund time:  Credit card shall be refunded within 3 to 5 business days.
